The list of risks founders are facing at the moment seem to be growing everyday and so does the number of predictions of the long term consequences. At the top of that list, you find the rise in churn, which we’re already beginning to see in falling growth rates – especially in SaaS startups.
Churn is always a concern but at the moment it is taken to a whole new level. Startups are rapidly deploying remedies to keep customers from leaving. Everything from new price positioning strategies, temporary freemium models, new product features, integrating additional customer scoring criteria, value adding webinars and much more are being tested. The BIG question is of course what are turning out to be the most effective measures to take – right now and in the long run.
We’ve come a bit down the road since the outbreak, thus in this session we’re inviting two of the talented founders from the family at PreSeed Ventures to discuss the learnings, successes and challenges they have had so far in trying to reduce their churn.
