Learn how to achieve product/market fit for your startup
Making a startup is almost always a roller coaster ride, with many ups and downs until you finally reach that point where your product satisfies the needs of your customers. This point is popularly called “product/market fit”. Achieving this is not easy since it often involves changing significant parts of your offering (product, pricing, branding, distribution channels etc.) before you end with a successful Plan B, C or D.
Who better to explain how to achieve product/market fit than Cathrine Andersen. Cathrine co-founded CanvasDropr in 2011, which had developed an online visual collaboration tool. 3 years, and many iterations later, the company (now called Assembage) was acquired by Cisco. Cathrine will give a talk on the strategies CanvasDropr/Assemblage used to achieve product/market fit by working closely with their customers, and not being afraid to use this input to constantly changing their product.
Before Cathrine’s talk, Nicolaj Højer Nielsen will provide us with in-depht knowledge on the different stages startups go through in order to reach product/market-fit. In his role as both entrepreneur, investor and lecturer within entrepreneurship at CBS he knows this topic from every angle.
